I found that Anthony was really hard working and efficient. Anthony took the lead on the job and fitted my bathroom in 5 days. I was never left without the use of my toilet, which is really important and that is the only one in my home. At the end of each day Ant explained what he had achieved, which left me with confidence, and he showed me how to use the taps and the new blinds which was really helpful.
I am very pleased with my new beautiful bathroom. All I had to do was keep him going with coffee!

From the minute we first contacted the office and all the way through, the process ran very smoothly and we were surprised to have no disruptions by the work at all, we just carried on as normal.
The office staff at Platinum Park Home Services were very efficient and made the process itself so easy as they dealt with all the paperwork side of things and their communication along the way was amazing.
The installers who came to do our work were very polite, cooperative and hard working, checking in at every step of the way, ensuring we were happy. At the end of each day the team ensured they cleaned everything up after themselves.
Since having the External Wall Insulation completed we have felt such a huge difference in the warmth within our home. Our property really does hold the heat a lot more and we have saved a lot of money on our bills since.
As well as retaining the heat a lot more, we have also noticed it also acts as a noise cancelling system too. We live near a busy road and it used to keep me up at night, however now I can hardly hear it and it has given me so much more peace.
The finished product has made our home look brand new and I am in love with the colour of it. It was an extremely professional job and we are extremely happy with the outcome.
