I’m so glad I was able to have the insulation funded given the sudden energy price rise as it has given me great comfort knowing my home now retains the heat much better, so I don’t have to worry as much about my energy bills going sky high. Because my boiler was so old, I also qualified for Platinum’s fuel poverty fund, and they replaced it fully funded, with no contribution required by myself.
The communication with the office was really good, Beth was very helpful, and it was good getting to know the team, I didn’t feel like just a number. The men that worked on my home were lovely, and they worked right through a heat wave, they made no mess and asked for nothing. I would and have already recommended Platinum to my neighbours, a pleasure to work with.

We are very happy with the whole project, and pleased that Anthony did the work, he is what I call an old school, great tradesman. We had a small hiccup with the shower drainage (not caused by PPHS) nevertheless Anthony sorted it out promptly and effectively, and finished our bathroom. It now looks wonderful & modern and we are very, very happy with it. We have felt an immediate difference with our new underfloor insulation, we have been able to turn the thermostat down by 2 degrees!

We Found the installers very polite and hardworking. They didn’t sit in the van for an hour and have lunch, they just worked. The knew what they had to do and got on with it. Addressed us and sir and madam and just got on with the job. They even fitted our new lights back. The installers are a credit to your company. The property is now warmer and in the evenings we find ourselves turning off the heating as the home is holding the heat really well.
