PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

Platinum Park Home Services (and Platinum Eco Services) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion, refuse the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion from a participant or beneficiary at any time without notice.

This page will be regularly updated with any changes.

The Promotion, and the Promotion Terms and Conditions, are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

Promotions

The Promotion will be applied to all relevant orders, such orders will be subject to our standard terms and conditions of purchase and product / service specific terms and conditions of use. 

The Promotion is only available if, at the time of taking advantage of the Promotion, works have not already been started by Platinum Park Home Services or Platinum Eco Services, this includes any associated enabling or preparation works.

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise indicated.

Each Promotion will start immediately (i.e. as soon as it is first promoted), unless a later start date/time is specified. The closing date/time for a Promotion will be made clear in the Specific Promotion Rules or the relevant promotional materials. All times will be based on UK time.

Certain Promotions may have additional eligibility requirements, for example, they may be restricted to certain postcodes or geographical areas. If applicable, these will be detailed in the Specific Rules for each promotion.

Participation

If you take part in the Promotion, we will use any relevant details submitted to administer the Promotion.

With your consent, we will also publish any details on our website or social media channels as appropriate.  We may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities.

In all correspondence, please state the name of the Promotion, Promotion Code if applicable and where you saw the promotion advertised, e.g. Flyer, Facebook Post, Website Banner etc. 

Refer a Friend Promotion

• Promotion Code: REFER-A-FRIEND
• Promotion Dates: Runs all year!
• Eligibility: In order for you to qualify for this promotion, the person you recommend must make a purchase from Platinum Park Home Services. This purchase must not be for work funded through any Local Council or Government schemes.
• On completion of a signed contract you will receive your £50 gift.
• No limit to the recommendations you make! Claim £50 for each recommended friend that proceeds to signed contract.
• Gift cards will be made payable to the customer listed on the ‘Refer a Friend’ Voucher or the customers address stated in an email sent to info@pphs.co.uk
• Promotional Discounts are non-transferable, non-redeemable and cannot be changed or used in conjunction with any other offer.
• All General Terms and Conditions apply.
• This Promotion may be withdrawn without prior warning at any time.

SPECIFIC PROMOTION RULES

Platinum’s Big Spring Sale

• Promotion Code: SPRINGSALE
• Promotion Dates: 20th March 2024 – 30th April 2024
• Validity: The code is valid for approved orders placed on or between the specified promotion dates as stated above where a deposit has been paid to accept acknowledgement of the order.
• Product/Service: External Wall Insulation, Underfloor Insulation and Loft Insulation
  This promotion offers a reduced/discounted price for the products/services as advertised on the marketing material as stated, unless otherwise agreed between the participant and Platinum Park Home Services and/or Platinum Eco Services.
• Promotional Discounts are non-transferable, non-redeemable and cannot be changed or used in conjunction with any other offer.
• All General Terms and Conditions apply.
• This Promotion may be withdrawn without prior warning at any time.
• A £250 deposit will secure the advertised prices for the customer for 2024.
