The work
Mrs Osborne came to us via a recommendation. Her park home had been gathering condensation so she wanted to take all the necessary steps to reduce and minimise this occuring in the future. As a result she required a major overhaul of her park home’s exterior including:
- new UPVC windows and doors
- new fascia boards
- improved ventilation (adding new vents to the front and rear)
- external wall insulation
The result
Combined these services have had a dramatic effect on Mrs Osborne’s park home, both aesthetically and in terms of the energy efficiency. The new energy A rated windows and doors have helped minimise drafts and energy loss as well as provide an instant lift to the aesthetic appeal of the property.
The external wall insulation has ensured that the park home retains heat in winter and a cooler environment in summer, as well as reducing the risk of water ingress and noise intrusion. Installing new fascia boards has completed the look of the park home and we think you’ll agree the after photos speak for themselves!
